I have appeared at Penzance Literary Festival, Looe Literary Festival, The Great Estate and other events, giving talks on my work.
I have spoken about how I came to write walks, accompanied by a presentation with photographs I have taken along the way. I have visited many organisations including:- The Women’s Institute, WEA, U3A, various Ladies clubs, Mylor Yacht Club, the Royal Cornwall Yacht Club, Cancer Macmillan, Fal River Festival, and groups at various hotels.
In August 2021 I took part in Fern Britton’s My Cornwall, on horseback, discussing Cornish literary inspirations. This was the first time I’d ridden in over 40 years so it was quite a challenge!

I have also been interviewed by Radio Four’s Woman’s Hour discussing anorexia, and have taken part in a TV programme debating famous Westcountry authors. I am regularly interviewed by BBC Radio Cornwall and CHBN Radio about my books.
Please get in touch if you would like a speaker. I would be happy to provide what I hope is a fun and interesting hour, with a few laughs thrown in and some good photography of Cornwall, and, of course, my dogs.
